Definitely on my to-follow list. :)

Ps - I'm waiting so eagerly for ADWD! :PSakhi Shahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16140147799115440477noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2125325709844932289.post-70261863767022140302011-05-24T21:15:41.495-04:002011-05-24T21:15:41.495-04:00Hi EEV,

Making a mistake means physically hurting the person you're supposed to help, and that seems to be a mental block I just can't get over.

It's easy for me to be detached when I work with blood in little labelled tubes; not so much when it's still in the original container.Marian Pererahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15700524210146863718noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2125325709844932289.post-15250347904242353142011-05-24T21:13:28.099-04:002011-05-24T21:13:28.099-04:00Thanks, Maria! The lottery and the 90% accuracy test in Hematology exhausted even my usual ability to worry, so I didn't even think about the clinical placement until we got the email. Now I'm just about to email the clinical coordinator at Sick Kids to introduce myself and to ask if there's anything I should do before the start of the placement.

I'm also glad I was able to give you and everyone else good news. :) My landlady was delighted to hear I'd be staying here (and that she wcouldn't need to close the apartment for five months).Marian Pererahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15700524210146863718noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2125325709844932289.post-63257718500755223462011-05-24T11:40:22.731-04:002011-05-24T11:40:22.731-04:00Hi!

Being in the other side probably isn't very fun either...
Good luck!
- EEVAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2125325709844932289.post-84470720174165887752011-05-24T07:28:18.332-04:002011-05-24T07:28:18.332-04:00I was on pins and needles, hoping you'd get th...I was on pins and needles, hoping you'd get the 'good' hospital. ;-)

So glad it worked out.Maria Zanninihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01604862636922299273noreply@blogger.com
